THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF ELDORET

   APPROVED BY-LAWS

PURSUANT to section 2005 of the Local Government Act, notice is given that the Municipal Council of Eldoret has with the approval of the Deputy prime Minister and Minister of Local Government made the following By-laws:

These By-laws shall have the force of law within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Council of Eldoret from the date of publication of this notice.
